Need a place to stay? Let us help. We rent 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom efficiencies and cottages close to the pier for your comfort and convenience. Great for fishermen and beach lovers. Walk out of your door onto the sandy beach or take your fishing rod to the pier day or night. Our units have a 3-night minimum stay requirement in the off season (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day). In season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Our units are furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed (dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils). Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own linens, blankets, towels, bathroom and kitchen products.
Dogs (maximum two) are allowed in our rental units with an $80.00 (plus tax) nonrefundable fee per dog. WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING IN ANY OF OUR UNITS. We appreciate your cooperation to this policy.
Our units are kept in the best possible condition, but occasionally something will malfunction. We cannot guarantee air conditioners or other appliances. We do guarantee that repairs will be made to keep each unit and its equipment in good working order. Please notify us of any difficulty you incur during your stay so repairs can be made.
Upon check-out guests are expected to make beds, carry out trash, do their dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition (Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest.)
Check-in is at 4:00pm; check-out is by 11:00am. We thank you for your cooperation in respecting these times.
After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for 10 days pending the receipt of a required 50% deposit. The balance of your rental charge is due within (30) days of your arrival if you plan on paying with a check and checks must be in the name of the person who made the reservation . We will only accept cash or money order if you plan on paying your balance the day you arrive. We do not accept credit card payments for any of our cottage rentals.
Our policy for refunds is that we be notified at least 60 days in advance of your reservation date that you will not be able to be here. A 15% fee will be withheld on all refunds.
